happy labor day

Labor Day, observed on the first Monday in September, was established to honor the contributions and achievements of American workers. Its roots trace back to the late 19th century, a time when labor unions were fighting for fair pay, safer working conditions, and reasonable working hours. The first Labor Day parade was held in New York City on September 5, 1882. By 1894, Congress had made it a federal holiday.
While many celebrate the day with parades, barbecues, and family gatherings, the heart of Labor Day is about recognizing the hard work and dedication that keep our communities strong.
At TACT Las Vegas, we carry that same spirit of commitment into the work we do every day. Our team is on the frontlines of difficult and often unseen jobs—biohazard cleanup, trauma remediation, and hoarding recovery—providing safe environments and peace of mind to families in need. Just as Labor Day honors the workforce that built this nation, we honor our crew and their tireless efforts to serve the community with compassion and professionalism.
